What I like: a lot of things

Favourite movies: Almost Famous I think it’s first, followed by the Elephant and Good Bye Lenin, Forrest Gump and The Life Of David Gale and lots more... And 'Sonnenallee' a film in which they play the Air Guitar in the end. Great!

Music: Everything not being Dance, Techno, and all that kind of stuff... If I start telling the name of the bands I like most it’s gonna be an endless story... But... Bryan Adams, Jimmy Eat World, America, Nirvana (Kurt Cobain), Guano Apes, Rhapsody, U2, Bon Jovi, Offspring, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Toten Hosen, Coldplay, Ben Folds, James Blunt, Katie Melua, Maria Mena, ... (and it continues to infinite)

Why do I like music: I like music because music is part of me and of my life. Every period of my life is represented by a different Band as most of the times I listen to a particular artist very frequently until next artist comes up. When I feel badly I listen to music and everything turns ok. When I feel too good I listen to music and everything turns normal. Bottom line: it’s part of my life and that’s it.

Favourite Books: Harry Potter... Who killed Kurt Cobain,  Love&Death, Kafka, Brecht and other german writers, Dante, Petrarch and other ancient italian writers and Tourist Guides of Alaska, well... I’m not a reader...

Sports: W sports! Tennis (I’m not a good player but tennis is cool), Cycling (being on your own limit, feeling you’re alive, it’s great), Running, Skiing (I’m not the best skier but improving from year to year)

?: Where should I put playing the Air Guitar? Sport or music?

Why I don’t play any instrument myself: I tried to play the guitar for a few years but I can’t stay there and rehearse every single day. Nevertheless I wish I could play like Bryan Adams or anyone else (Jimi Hendrix and Mark Knopfler would be too much I guess). Sometimes I still pick it up and try to play something... Mostly without success...

Why I like photography: Thats’ quite easy to explain: through the eyes of a photographer you see the world in a completely different way... You see things that other people don’t see... You see the details... The little details who make a huge difference to the world.
